About the role

This is a standout leadership opportunity to manage a remote team of four and provide regional leadership across multiple South Auckland sites. You will build strong school relationships, take the reins of a key regional portfolio and help shape what the next chapter of growth looks like.

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role where no two days are the same, blending people leadership, operational support and strong relationship management.

You will:

Support a strong, connected region. *Lead a remote team of four whilst providing leadership for your region. *Build trusted relationships with whānau, schools, and community stakeholders. *Help open new sites and support regional growth. *Support great service and consistency across sites. *Unite, support and grow your multi-site team.

You will bring: *Leadership experience in a remote, multi-site environment. *Broad experience across people leadership, operational delivery and budget management. *Ability to translate data and strategy into measurable business results. *Strong admin skills and confidence with technology. *Proven ability in building strong stakeholder relationships and engagement. *A genuine commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of children.
