• CDP Education was established in response to the growing shortage of affordable high-quality after-school education for families in New Zealand. We specialise in After School Programs designed to meet the needs of working families and provide both childcare and learning-focused support. By utilising the New Zealand Government’s OSCAR Subsidy scheme we aim to reduce financial pressure on parents while providing children with a stable sustainable and enriching after-school learning environment.

• As part of our franchise expansion strategy CDP Education has successfully opened its first and second centres and is currently preparing for the launch of its third centre. With a goal to open more than five centres within this year we are actively expanding our franchise network. We also plan to establish franchise centres in major regions such as Hamilton and Christchurch and are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals who share our vision and values to grow alongside us during this expansion.

The Role

• We are seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to join our Head Office team. This role is responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise network and ensuring consistent operational standards and compliance across all locations.
• Working closely with the Directors and franchise partners, the Franchise Operations Manager will maintain operational systems, monitor branch performance and support the ongoing growth of the franchise network.
• This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Franchise Network Systems and Process Management: Maintain and enhance franchise operational systems, policies and procedures to promote consistency and efficiency across the network.
• Branch Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational and financial performance across franchise locations through structured reporting and KPI tracking, and provide performance feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Operational Standards and Brand Consistency: Ensure operational standards are consistently applied across the network to maintain brand integrity, service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Network Growth and Development Coordination: Contribute to franchise development activities including market evaluation, site coordination and onboarding processes for new franchise locations.
• New Branch Establishment Coordination: Coordinate the setup of new franchise branches and ensure effective integration into established operational systems and reporting frameworks.
• Reporting and Funding Compliance: Manage operational reporting processes and ensure funding and compliance documentation is accurately maintained across the network.
• Multi-site Operational Oversight: Provide ongoing operational oversight across franchise locations to support alignment with company policies, performance expectations and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, OR
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Proficiency in Korean language is highly regarded

Employment Details

• Hourly rate: from $35 per hour
• Hours: minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed
