New Family Onboarding: Welcome new families, conduct tours of the facility, and explain program policies and enrolment processes. School Relations: Maintain positive professional relationships with school staff during pickups and site visits. 3. Activity Design & Execution

Creative Planning: Develop a diverse calendar of activities including sports, arts and crafts, STEM projects, and quiet-time options. Resource Management: Audit, purchase, and organize equipment and supplies while staying within the allocated budget. Active Participation: Don’t just supervise—jump in! Lead the games and activities to set the tone for engagement. 4. Transport & Logistics

Safe Transit: Safely operate a mini-van to collect children from various local schools and transport them to the program site. Fleet Care: Conduct basic daily safety checks on the vehicle (fuel, tires, cleanliness) and report any maintenance needs. Requirements & Qualifications

MSD standards require Managers are a mini 20 years old. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to switch from "fun leader" for kids to "professional manager" for parents. Safety: Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one immediately). Vetting: Must pass a clean Police Vetting/Vulnerable Children’s Act check. Ideal Candidate Attributes

The "Can-Do" Attitude: You see a rainy day not as a problem, but as an opportunity for an epic indoor fort-building competition. Highly Organised: You can juggle a van schedule, a food allergy list, and a glitter-heavy art project without breaking a sweat. Reliable: Parents trust you with their most precious cargo; punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.
