Part-Time Administrator – OSCAR Programme (Non Child-Facing Role) πŸ“ Allenton Office, Ashburton πŸ•’ 9:00am – 2:30pm | Starting at 5 hours per week (with potential to increase)

About the Role

We are excited to introduce a new position to our growing admin team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support our OSCAR (Out of School Care and Recreation) programme.

This is a non child-facing role, based in our Allenton office, supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our programme running smoothly.

The role will initially be 5 hours per week, worked between 9:00am and 2:30pm, with the potential for additional hours as the position develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing WINZ subsidy forms accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating with families regarding subsidy documentation (when required)
  • Supporting the Programme Planner with general administrative duties *Data entry and maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems *Assisting with compliance documentation and general office tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Is confident working with forms and handling confidential information
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Is organised and able to manage tasks independently *Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Has previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with OSCAR/WINZ processes would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
