We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic OSCAR Leaders and Supervisors to join our friendly, supportive team. If you love working with children, bring great energy to your mahi, and enjoy being part of a community-focused Programme, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role You’ll be supporting tamariki in a fun, safe, and inclusive OSCAR programme, helping to create engaging activities and positive experiences before and after school and during school holidays.
These are part-time roles (18.5 hours per week), with shifts across after school and holiday programmes.
What We’re Looking For
You will:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Be reliable, warm, and great at building positive relationships
- Hold a full driver's licence and be confident driving a van
- Be able to pass a Police Vetting / safety check
- Have strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- (For Supervisor roles) Have leadership experience or be ready to step into a leadership role
