Description

The Rathkeale College School Board is seeking a dedicated, inspiring and visionary Principal to guide our college into the future.

Rathkeale College is a state-integrated day and boarding boys’ school from Years 9-13. Rathkeale is part of the Trinity Family of schools which also comprises our sister school St Matthew’s Collegiate School, and Hadlow Preparatory School.

Set in a stunning rural setting, five minutes north of Masterton and bordered by the Ruamahanga River, the college has a unique and unrivaled setting. Up to 180 boarders and ten staff families live onsite.

Our new Principal will lead change and implement new initiatives while embracing the traditions of the college. They will support the Anglican Special Character of our State-Integrated School and be culturally competent.

A strategic thinker, and a professional leader of teaching and learning, the successful applicant will engage and inspire our staff and students to excel, to grow, and to be the best they can be.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a warm approachable manner and demonstrate genuine integrity.

The Rathkeale College Principal lives on site in a home with a private garden and views to the Tararua Mountains.
