Description
Waikato Institute of Education (WIE) is a leading English language school situated in beautiful Hamilton city. Our school has been running since 2003 and offers a high standard of excellence in teaching for domestic and international students.
We are in search of dedicated and passionate Teachers of ESOL to become an integral part of our academic team.
[Role]
- Creating and developing lesson plans, and preparing for lessons (Lessons can be onsite or online)
- Delivering and accessing excellent course content
- Managing learner progress toward completion of qualifications (especially, NZCEL)
- Engaging with students, academic team, and admin colleagues.
- Assessments marking and providing feedback and completing paperwork to a high standard
[Ideal candidate _ Qualifications and Experience]
- Must have completed relevant ESOL teaching qualification or relevant tertiary study (such as CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 1 year experience of teaching
- Expertise and experience in ESOL knowledge
- Fluency in the English Language
