About the Role You’ll be working on a variety of fabrication and welding projects, supporting both workshop and on-site work. Expect plenty of variety — from structural steel fabrication to custom builds and repairs.

Your day may include:

• MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Cutting, grinding, and shaping steel components
• Reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication plans
• Working with structural steel, mild steel, and occasionally stainless
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and modifications
• Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule

We’re after someone who’s confident on the tools, practical, and reliable — someone who enjoys solving problems and producing work they’re proud to sign off on.

Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding
• Strong welding ability (MIG essential; TIG an advantage)
• Ability to read drawings and follow fabrication plans
• A solid understanding of workshop safety
• A reliable, hardworking attitude
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Welding tickets are a bonus — but not essential if you have the skills
