Ready to roll up your sleeves and jump into hands-on, fast-paced work? We’re looking for Skilled Labourers in the Taupo area to join a variety of crews across residential, commercial, and civil construction projects. If you’ve got a great attitude, solid work ethic, and experience using tools or working on-site, we want you on our team!

About the Role You’ll be supporting builders, tradies, and site supervisors on a wide mix of construction sites. The work is physical, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and learning new skills as they go. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting long-term construction work or to progress into a trade.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting builders and tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
• Using hand and power tools (drills, saws, nail guns, grinders)
• Site clean-up, debris removal, and preparing work areas
• Loading/unloading building materials
• Supporting concrete pours, framing, or general construction tasks
• Digging, shovelling, and basic groundwork
• Following health & safety procedures and site instructions
• Helping keep the site tidy, safe, and running smoothly

Experienced labourers will take on more advanced tasks and may support small trade-related work depending on skill level.

Who We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of backgrounds—what matters most is reliability and attitude.

You will ideally have: ? Previous construction or trades experience (advantage but not essential) ? Experience using hand/power tools ? Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions ? Good level of physical fitness ? Your own reliable transport ? Strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
