About the company This consultancy is growing fast, backed by a strong pipeline of large scale land development work across Auckland. About the role You will take ownership of civil design across subdivisions, earthworks, roading, and three waters. You will work closely with a sharp senior team, using Civil 12d daily, and you will help shape how the business grows as new projects land.

Key responsibilities
- Civil design and modeling in Civil 12d for major land development projects,
- Coordinate with planners, surveyors, and contractors to keep delivery smooth,
- Prepare reports and documentation to support consenting,
- Contribute to project planning, problem solving, and client updates.
What you will need
- At least 3 years' experience using Civil 12d in a consultancy setting,
- Strong understanding of subdivision design and local standards,
- Confidence working on multi stage land development projects,
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
