• Senior Civil Design Engineer - Lead small to mid-size projects using Autodesk Civil 3D. Manage design, documentation, contract admin, site inspections, client liaison, and full project lifecycles from concept to construction.
• Senior Civil Engineer (CPEng) - Drive business development, client relationships, and project opportunities. Review designs for quality/compliance, mentor juniors, and shape strategic delivery alongside multi-disciplinary experts.

What You'll Bring

• Washington Accord qualification or CPEng status.
• 10+ years' experience in civil design, infrastructure, or land development.
• Strong Civil 3D skills; proven business development and leadership.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities.
