Metal Fabricator

This is a permanent, full-time role working on a wide range of interesting projects in a well-equipped workshop. What you’ll do

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble heavy plate steel components to specification
• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
• Work to precise measurements and high-quality standards
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain strong health & safety practices at all times What we’re looking for
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in heavy plate fabrication
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and workmanship
• Reliable, safety-focused, and takes initiative
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team What we offer

• Hourly rate range $35.00 - $37.00
• Permanent position 40 hours a week – with opportunity of overtime over 44 hours a week
