Description

See your designs come to life on real projects shaping Christchurch. This compact, high performing team is working on major projects and is looking to bring on a junior to intermediate draughtsperson. In this fast paced environment, learning happens quickly and you will be exposed to real project work from early on. This role suits someone who is agile, switched on, and keen to develop their skills in structural drafting and modelling while contributing to meaningful projects.

Role:

You will work closely with experienced engineers, learning how designs come together and are delivered in the real world. It is a fast moving environment where you will pick things up quickly and be trusted with responsibility early. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop. If you already have some experience, you will be able to step in, add value from day one, and take ownership at an intermediate level.

You will be working with Revit and other structural modelling tools, building your capability while supporting a range of large commercial and residential projects. You will assist in producing detailed drawings and models, working closely with engineers to bring designs together in a practical and buildable way. As you grow, you will take on more responsibility, contributing more independently and supporting the wider team in delivering quality outcomes.
