Our team of tradespeople, apprentices, managers and support staff are our greatest pride. We understand that good people want to work with other good people, and a lot of our recent growth in employee numbers is due to word of mouth. We are well recognised as a good place to work, and a place where we value everyone’s contribution and provide training and career development opportunities.
With around 130 employees currently, we cover electrical, instrumentation, gas detection and rotating equipment disciplines. We’ve worked hard to diversify the range of industries and customers we work with to de-risk our business, and to provide further growth opportunities for our people.
We have 12-14 apprentices at any one time and we really enjoy the diversity and youth that brings into our business.
Entec operates mostly in the heavy industrial sector, and we place the highest value on health and safety, and on providing a quality product and service.
