The Role: As a Trade Assistant, you will be the backbone of our site operations. You’ll work closely with Registered Electricians to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Assisting with wiring, containment, and component installation.
• Operating machinery and working safely in elevated positions.
• Maintaining a clean, efficient, and professional job site.
• Supporting the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to code.

What You Bring to the Team: We move fast and work high, so we need someone who is already up to speed with the essentials. To be successful, you must have:

• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Ticket: You’re comfortable and competent operating scissor and boom lifts.
• Working at Heights Certification: Safety is your priority when things get vertical.
• Basic Medical/First Aid: You know how to look after yourself and your mates in an emergency.
• A Solid Work Ethic: You’re punctual, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.
