About the Role:

Northpower is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of network service projects and fault response work. You will ensure that all operational, regulatory, and customer requirements are consistently met, while driving performance, managing risks, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role plays a key part in upholding Northpower's reputation for quality and reliability.

Role Responsibilities:

-Deliver projects and faults in line with all operational, regulatory, and customer expectations.

-Follow Northpower's processes for document control, job file setup, and the full job cycle.

-Ensure Powerco's OMS is regularly updated for R2 faults.

-Organise and confirm all required materials and resources.

-Prepare and provide clear Work Pack information to support safe and efficient field delivery.

-Submit NAPAs, Corridor Access Requests, Dial Before You Dig applications, and other required approvals.

-Procure subcontractor services and ensure purchase orders are in place before work begins.

-Complete work accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements.

-Achieve and where possible exceed—all performance targets and project goals.

-Review monthly financial performance of your jobs, comparing actuals to budget and forecast, and provide commentary on any variances.

-Monitor and manage the financial performance of faults, including internal and external invoicing forecasts.

-Provide timely reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, including WIP, weekly updates, and budget forecasts.

Experience:

-Strong project management experience ideally within utilities, construction, or infrastructure.

-Excellent organisational and communication skills.

-Proven ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly under pressure.

-Familiarity with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and relevant industry processes.

-Experience in network operations or fault management (advantageous).
