Northpower is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of our Matamata depot. This is a key role where you will manage people, projects, and processes to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead daily depot operations, including people management, fleet coordination, logistics, health & safety, and customer service.
-Manage delivery of maintenance, faults, defects, customer, and capital works in line with contractual and customer requirements.
-Drive performance delivery, including financial management, budget forecasting, and achievement of KPIs.
-Champion safety and quality culture through audits, inspections, incident investigations, and mentoring.
-Grow and develop the business by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and improving operational processes.
-Provide clear leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to your team.
-Ensure projects, designs, and work packs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About You:
-Electrical Practicing Licence, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
-Management qualification (Level 4 or equivalent) preferred.
-Minimum 5 years' experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
-Strong performance management and coaching skills.
-Knowledge and experience in HV distribution and design, pricing, and job management.
-Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
-Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
