IFP Group is a Injection Molding Company based in Penrose Auckland producing a wide range of plastic products for both the local and international market. We are looking for an energetic Engineering career seeker to be trained as an Injection Molding Technician. If you are considering a challenging and rewarding career in the manufacturing sector, The successful candidate will receive formal training and qualifications that can be used anywhere in the world and presents an ideal opportunity to cement your future

To be considered for the role you will have a minimum NCEA level 3 qualification and be eager to learn and progress in a rewarding career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and changing dies
  • Technical machines setting
  • Technical Robot programming
  • Product quality and minimise waste
  • Process checks
  • Mold and machine maintenance

The following requirements are not essential but will be advantageous;

  • Formal technical or mechanical training or qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude or natural ability to apply yourself to engineering
  • Eager to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving skills
