Description
Skill set from: Fitter / Welder / Fabricator / Sheetmetal / Truck and Van Body Workers Full-time * Permanent * Takanini, South Auckland Join our team at ADDIS Containers! We modify shipping containers for a wide range of uses, from storage and workshops to event spaces and custom builds. We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on tradesperson to join our small workshop crew. What you’ll do:
- Fabrication, welding, and assembly for container modifications
- Sheetmetal work, truck/van body building, and light engineering
- Read drawings, measure accurately, cut and set out components
- Work on a variety of projects — no repetitive production work Skills & Experience:
- Competent welding ability (MIG)
- Capable with hand tools, power tools, and machine tools
- Practical, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Workshop-level English preferred for instructions & safety Requirements:
- NZ Citizen or valid work visa
- Currently living in Auckland / North Waikato
- Monday–Friday, extra hours as needed
