Engineering / Fabricator Tradesman Experienced

Hi Tech Sheetmetals is a locally owned Christchurch business and been in business for over 35 years, based in Addington, specialising in high-quality sheetmetal fabrication and engineering solutions.

Our workshop is well-equipped including CNC turret punch, press brakes, lathes, plate rollers and milling machines and guilotines. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

Due to continued industry demand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sheetmetal Fabricator / Engineer to join our team.

About the role: This is a full-time position working standard hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm, with opportunities for overtime when required.

Key Skills & Experience we are looking for someone who has:

A high standard of fabrication skills Strong general engineering capabilities Experience working with stainless steel Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding The ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience working on-site (advantageous) A current full driver’s licence

You will be:
