Description

We seek an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires a strong background in structural steel and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
    Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  2. Coordination:
    Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  3. Compliance:
    Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  4. Monitoring Progress:
    Track project milestones and make adjustments to timelines and budgets as necessary.
  5. Communication:
    Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  6. Quality Control:
    Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in construction.
  7. Problem-Solving:
    Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, from design changes to on-site challenges.
  8. Documentation:
    Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
