Skills required to fulfil the role:

• Have experience in Mig Welding 3 - 50mm Mild Steel
• Be agile & energetic, and enjoy working in a small, dedicated team
• Enjoy producing a very high standard of workmanship, and be proud of your work
• Understand Engineering processes and be able to read working Drawings.
• Be a good listener, a quick learner and have a great attitude
• Be able to safely operate a Forklift (having a current license is ideal, but not essential)

• Flexible working Hours. Staff are able to choose hours that suit them, from 6am-7.30am starts and 3.30pm - 5.00pm finish, Monday-Friday only (weekends off with the family). Up to 50-hour weeks if desired and work-flow permits.
