Griffin Marine is a leading marine service provider specialising in multi-disciplinary industrial services and project management. We are seeking experienced Industrial Painter / Blasters to join our growing Australian team. This role will initially focus on hands-on day-to-day duties, working closely with supervision and management to complete site contracts successfully. Projects are commencing April 2026 onwards and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting using sanding, blasting or mechanical methods
- Apply paint and protective coatings using brush and roller techniques
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Comply with safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members on assigned projects
Skills & Experience
- Experienced in industrial or commercial painting
- Marine, Engineering, or Defence Industry experience (desirable)
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and PPE requirements in industrial settings
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and demanding tasks
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum two years’ painting experience or Trade certificate in Surface preparation
- OHS Construction Induction White Card (essential)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must be able to hold and obtain an Australian National Police Clearance
- Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment medical including: Drug & Alcohol screening and Audiometry. Highly Regarded: Confined Space Entry | Fire Sentry Training
