About Us We are a fast-growing print-on-demand and e-commerce company delivering high-quality products to customers across AU and NZ. Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art digital printing technology, and we’re looking for a skilled technician to keep our equipment running at peak performance. About the Role As a Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation of digital printing equipment. You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure machines are operating efficiently, producing consistent, high-quality output. Key Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and calibrate digital printing equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Use relevant applications for configuration and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with production staff to meet quality and output targets. Skills & Experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on skills.
- Experience with production-level digital printing equipment
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
- Bonus: Knowledge of colour management and colour calibration processes. What We Offer
