As an Apprentice, we don't expect you to nail it first time - or every time for that matter. Instead, we focus on the journey of learning and building skills and confidence in a safe environment where you're encouraged and supported to grow.

What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Diagnosing issues with mechanical equipment and processes.
- Helping to maintain plant and equipment reliability across the site.
- Supporting the wider engineering team as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
What we're looking for:
- Ideally, NCEA Level 2 or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using computers and basic software tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
