Field Service Technician - Trade Qualified

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - TRADE QUALIFIED *Hamilton based — servicing NZ industry

We’re after trade-qualified engineers who take pride in doing things right, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a high-performing team that keeps New Zealand industry moving.

THE ROLE *You’ll be out on site and in the workshop, servicing and repairing rotating plant and critical equipment. One day it might be a pump overhaul, the next a laser alignment or gearbox rebuild. There’s plenty of variety, plenty of challenge, and a solid team backing you.

Daily life includes: *Toolbox meeting over a coffee at the Hamilton workshop (or on site)

*Heading out to jobs across Waikato, Auckland, BOP, Taranaki, and occasionally the South Island

*Working solo or in a small crew on repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting

*Precision mechanical repairs, including specialist brush plating techniques

*Contributing to a safe, supportive team culture

What we’re after *New Zealand Trade Certificates in Mechanical, Fitting & Turning, Toolmaking, Diesel, Marine, Automotive, Aero, Heavy Electrical, or similar

*A methodical and accurate approach — engineers who value quality over shortcuts

*Solid mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills

*Enthusiasm and willingness to help clients and teammates alike
