We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes ownership, and shows initiative. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring stock availability for critical parts.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide efficient maintenance services to plant operations.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records to meet quality and health & safety standards.
- Manage critical spare parts stock at safe and economical levels.
- Support environmental and safety objectives across multiple sites
- Using a PPM system to ensure efficiency and productivity
What You’ll Bring:
- Mechanical trade or similar qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, chemical, or heavy industry is ideal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Innovation, passion, and drive to make a difference in this solid team
- NZ citizen or full work rights is essential
