We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality erection of structural steel on commercial and industrial projects across Wellington. Our client has several exciting projects ongoing and upcoming in the region. What You'll Do
- Supervise and work hands-on with the site team
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project specifications
- Coordinate labour, equipment, and subcontractors
- Complete daily reporting and maintain accurate site records
- Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to the Project Manager
- Drive productivity, 5S, and Lean improvements
What You Bring
- Strong structural steel erection experience
- Proven team leadership and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of site safety and quality standards
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Reliable, organised, and quality-driven work ethic
