Welder
Join a specialised fabrication team in Mt Wellington delivering high-end stainless welding solutions across the industrial, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a hands-on welding role in a structured and tidy workshop, building critical process equipment to spec.
Location: Mt Wellington, Auckland
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $33 per hour (paid weekly)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Welding and fabrication for the brewing, beverage, dairy, and food industries
- Welding for water treatment, chemical, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Fabrication of process and mixing vessels, tanks, silos, and pressure vessels
- Work on membrane filtration systems and hazardous goods vessels
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in industrial and architectural fabrication
- High-level TIG welding skills
- Plate welding experience
- Relevant trade certification
- Site Safe, confined space, and working at heights tickets
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
