The Role: This position suits someone who is practical and enjoys on-site work and involvement. You will be involved in:

• Mechanical installation on civil and construction projects
• Pipework installation, including water treatment systems
• Working with rib bar, drilling, fixings, and structural installs
• Fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Supporting and leading team members
• Working both on-site and in the workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Engineer with a hands-on background
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Comfortable being on the tools daily
• Experience in fabrication and welding is highly valuable
• Someone ready to step into leadership in the future

Ideal Background

• Mechanical fitting or trade-based engineering background
• Experience in civil infrastructure or water projects
