Mechanical Fitter – Short-Term Assignment
Immediate Start | Hamilton | Assignment Through to End of August
We're currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter for a short-term assignment based in Hamilton. This role is expected to run through until the end of August and offers consistent hours with a well-established client. About the RoleYou will be involved in the maintenance, assembly, installation, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery. This position would suit someone with a strong mechanical fitting background who can hit the ground running and work independently. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
- Trade qualification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with assembly, maintenance, and repair work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team
- Full Class 1 driver's licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
