A well-established stainless steel tubing manufacturer in Porirua is looking for a motivated Machine Operator / Trade Assistant to join the team.
This role involves operating machinery used to polish, bend, and shape stainless steel tubing while working alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive workshop environment.
About the Role Operate polishing, bending, and shaping machinery Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks Learn new skills within the metal manufacturing industry Work as part of a hardworking and supportive team
Suitable applicants may have: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or a similar industry An interest in cars, mechanics, fabrication, or metalworking as a hobby A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good reliability and attendance A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
