Fabricator / Welder – Light Engineering 📍 Tuakau Based | 4.5 Day Work Week (45 Hours)

We are a well-established, NZ-owned engineering business based in Tuakau, specialising in high-quality trailer and float manufacturing, along with general engineering and repair work.

We are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role involving light engineering fabrication, welding, and repair work. Experience in trailer manufacturing would be a strong advantage, however not essential for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in fabrication and welding (light engineering) Mechanical aptitude – ability to diagnose and carry out repairs when required Experience in trailer manufacturing (preferred but not essential) Ability to work unsupervised and think for yourself Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transport to and from work Solid work history with checkable references Requirements:

Drug-free (pre-employment testing may be required) Willing to undergo a police check Physically fit and capable of working in a workshop environment What We Offer:
