- Head Milking Machine Technician - Leadership position overseeing installations, upgrades, diagnostics, and customer support. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the technician team and supporting day‑to‑day workflow
- Fitting and installing new milking plants and systems
- Completing system upgrades and scheduled maintenance
- Responding to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs
- Liaising with farmers and customers, ensuring excellent service and communication
- Maintaining accurate service records and promoting best‑practice safety standards What You Need
- Previous experience in the milking or farming industry
- Strong technical skills with milking machinery and plant equipment
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to support and guide a team
- Full Class 1 driver licence (essential)
- Excellent problem‑solving and diagnostic capability
