Fabworx is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a skilled, switched on fabricator/welder who takes pride in their craft. If you can move confidently between aluminium, stainless, and mild steel—and you enjoy building quality gear that actually lasts—we want to talk.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Fabricating and welding across aluminium, stainless, and steel
• Working from drawings, sketches, or verbal briefs to produce accurate, tidy work
• General fabrication: cutting, folding, rolling, drilling, fitting, assembly
• Producing one off and small batch custom jobs—no boring production line work
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organised workspace
• Collaborating with a small, capable team that values workmanship and initiative

⭐ What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in MIG/TIG across ally, stainless, and steel
• Strong general fabrication skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• A practical, solutions focused mindset
• Reliability, good communication, and pride in your work
• Bonus: Experience with CNC guillotine and press brake (not essential but a real advantage) We’re looking for a superstar—someone who cares about quality, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a workshop that values skill over ego.
