What You'll Be Doing You’ll be hands-on, fabricating and welding from technical drawings using a range of materials and machines. From layout to final assembly, you'll be crafting top-tier products and contributing to exciting custom projects. You’ll get access to tech like:
- CNC Abrasive Waterjet Cutters
- 250-ton, 4M CNC Press Brake
- Robotic Welding Cell
- New tools and tech as we grow
- Pretty much everything you’ve ever wanted in a workshop
What We’re Looking For
- Trade Qualified (or 3+ years of real-world experience)
- TIG welding expertise – especially in aluminium and stainless
- Strong layout and fabrication skills
- Good communicator who can work solo or as part of a tight-knit team
- Sharp time management and commitment to safety
- Good open and respectful communication style
- Most importantly: a positive attitude and pride in your craft
What You’ll Get
