Heavy Steel Fabricator / Rigger

NZ Structural & Engineering LTD was established late 2021 and we have become a well-established engineering business in Whanganui.

We cover a wide range of engineering aspects including:

-Structural Steel Fabrication and Installation Residential and commercial. -Transport Engineering -Heavy Steel Fabrication -Light Steel Fabrication -Site work

We are currently looking for a new member to join our team of eight.

This person would ideally be competent in the following:

• Able to work unsupervised at times.
• High standard of reading and interpreting shop drawings.
• High standard of Mig/Stick Welding and competent in gaining AS/NZS 1554.1 Welding Tickets.
• Background history/experience of General/structural engineering.
• Trade qualified preferred but not essential.
• Open minded and willing to learn.
• Hold a current class 1 Full driver's license.
• Applicants must have New Zealand Residency or valid NZ work visa in order to apply.
