Description
In this role you will drive continuous improvement and industry best practice within the manufacturing facility. Take ownership of the functional project planning from start up to project completion for the area of responsibility and drive manufacturing to plan and quality right first time of all products produced.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the production line processes onsite. Ensure that machine availability remains 'open' for planned production
- Determine WorkCentre capacity range and monitor for available capacity to be able to consider future production demands
- Optimise the performance of the main processes on
- Communicate to Specific Teams to Ensure they understand the tasks at Hand
- Developing and assisting with the reporting requirements for the site and the preparation of documents as required.
- Ensuring QC in accordance with the Inspection and testing plans, Quality management systems and process.
- Maintain a safe system of work for the workplace.
Required skills and experience:
- Civil Engineering degree
- Experience in precast manufacturing
- Good knowledge of maintaining Health & Safety processes and compliance
- Background in process management and continuous improvement
- Methodical and systematic approach to solving problems
- Well-developed report writing and editing skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Outstanding relationship management
