We are expanding our corporate banking and institutional client base and are seeking an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation's image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including SMEs, fintech companies, and international businesses
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
Promote AntBank’s products and services, including corporate accounts, payments, settlement, and treasury-related solutions
Work closely with compliance, risk, and operations teams to support client onboarding and ongoing account management
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship expansion
Support credit assessments, KYC/AML processes, and periodic client reviews
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and internal reports for management
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or institutional sales (bank or fintech background preferred)
Strong understanding of corporate banking products, payments, and financial services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with compliance, AML/KYC, and risk frameworks
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
