Warkworth is set to QUADRUPLE in population over the next 20 years. This isn't just growth – it's transformation. As Town Manager for One Mahurangi Business Association, you'll unite the business community, advocate for critical infrastructure, and help shape a town at a pivotal moment.

YOUR ROLE:

• Unite and amplify the business community's voice
• Manage Business Improvement District (BID) funding and operations
• Build strategic relationships with Auckland Council, Watercare, NZTA, and political representatives
• Advocate for infrastructure investment and community planning needs
• Develop business support programmes and promotional activities
• Lead a small passionate team (Communications Manager, Visitors Centre Manager)
• Coordinate committee meetings, special interest groups, and community engagement
• Promote Warkworth as a destination and increase visitation and commercial activity
