Description

Behavioural Management Techniques (BMT) was created by Hollin Consulting Ltd UK in 2005. The courses are designed using a blend of Applied Behavioural Analysis and Leadership and are aimed at offering attendees a behavioural insight into their environment, the behaviours around them and how to make improvements to create and maintain positive behavioural change.

Hollin NZ are seeking an experienced Behavioural Consultant to facilitate BMT training and continue to develop new products and services. This is a Christchurch-based, full-time role for a minimum of 30 hours per week. This new appointment will offer Hollin NZ the opportunity to locate, hire, and train future talent so they can carry out BMT training and support the growth of the business.

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate that you have five years of relevant experience, encompassing the following:

  • Trained in Behavioural Management Techniques (BMT trained)
  • Experience in teaching BMT across a wide variety of industries
  • Experience designing workshops and courses
  • Experienced at rolling out BMT within large organisations
  • Experience training new trainers and coaching them
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting organisations to develop their own behavioural training

You will also need to demonstrate that you have the required skills, for which you will be accountable as part of the role, as you will need to design and facilitate Behavioural Management Training to current and future Hollin NZ customers, manage client relationships, and create new products and services. Occasional overseas work may be required, up to one week at a time on an as needed basis, based on client needs.

You will also have the following key responsibilities:

  • Behavioural training, including designing, managing, marking, and facilitating delivery of course material, and delivering feedback/providing coaching and support
  • Relationship management, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients and course attendees, and delivering key feedback to clients
  • Product development, including designing and marketing new products
  • Social media management, including creating content, analysing social media data, and maintaining Hollin Consulting NZ’s LinkedIn profile

For the right candidate, we can offer:

  • An immediate start, with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Competitive remuneration of $47 to $50 per hour depending on experience
  • A fast-paced, dynamic work environment
