As a Forecasting Specialist, you will help to drive a key element of our RT3 workforce planning system. You will be responsible for ensuring the data used for labour forecasting is accurate and will help develop forecasting processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Critically analysing complex data sets, including managing data extraction and quality assurance to interpret trends and patterns.
