Description
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator with clinical co-ordinational experience to join our Occupational Health Services team on a full-time basis. Monday to Friday. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day to day administrative/clinical operations to allow seamless operations of our team
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with other providers and 3rd party clients.
- Track administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up on referrals, appointments and reminders.
- Liaise professionally providing an exceptional level of service to clients, referrers, and external agencies
- Preparing and typing clinical documents
- Create and maintain accurate client records using Predict Occupational Health Service management software together with Microsoft suite.
- Supporting the GM and Nursing team with clinical administration
- General office duties/invoicing/ordering What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in administration, medical administration, or healthcare coordination is preferable.
- Professional communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Very high attention to detail and professional presentation
- Your ability to build rapport with a confident calm approach to all our clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel/Adobe and the ability to learn new systems
- Accurate typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with hours (occasional 7am starts or 6pm finishes for cover of leave)
- A positive, can-do attitude that aligns to best support our Nursing team, culture and values.
- Current Comprehensive First Aid Certificate would be desirable Why You’ll Love This Role
