Maida Vale is a Bell Block based, privately owned, Retirement Village. Our vision is to provide a homely village environment in which our residents live, assured of quality, compassionate care, in safe and secure surroundings.
Position is Full time Monday to Friday – 9.30 am – 4.00 pm. Increased hours from time to time to cover Annual leave, sick leave etc.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Administration Assistant, who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting management, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- An understanding of Xero and accounting practices is desirable.
- Capability to work across multiple online systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administration.
- A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
