We are seeking a passionate and driven Coordinator to oversee our Taupo Home Based Support Worker team. Our ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day Home Based Support Services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services are responsive, effective, and aligned with the needs of our whanau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day home based services for whānau, ensuring care plans are culturally relevant and responsive to individual needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to whānau and support workers, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Support and guide a team of support workers to provide culturally safe, client-centred care.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent general office administration.
- Experience in electronic client management systems and scheduling/rostering systems, in particular CareCall.
- Previous community health experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications:
- The New Zealand certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Support Work - Level 3) or equivalent is desirable or a willingness to complete this.
