Admin Team Lead - Team Medical

We are seeking a leader with strong delivery and an eye for excellence. Someone with the ability to deliver on tasks, who sees the moving parts, joins them up, and makes them better, and who understands the true power of relationships and working collectively across teams.

As our Administrator lead you will lead our administration and reception teams ensuring our systems, people, and processes operate at their best. You will be proactive, identifying improvement early, make good calls under pressure, and bring clarity when things are complex.

This is a leadership role, with operational and 2IC responsibility. You will work alongside and support our clinical leaders and Medical Centre Manager to keep our practice service focused, delivering at its best and play a key role in the overall planning and performance of the Centre.

This is a 40 hour per week role worked over 7 days - Monday to Sunday

• Lead, support and develop capable, confident teams
• Build and refine systems that support patient care moving efficiently
• Drive operational improvement and reliability across services
• Anticipate and manage risk with calm, informed judgement
• Financial management, audits & reporting, payroll, rostering
• Support key strategic changes to continue to enhance models of care

About Us

Team Medical is a locally owned practice working in partnership with Green Cross Health. We are an integrated family health centre passionately providing a full range of GP Care to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care for accidents and urgent medical needs to our community.

As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast our Urgent Care services operate 7 days a week from 8am - 10pm.
