About the Role As our Programme Administrator / Kaitautoko, you will be central to ensuring smooth and responsive service delivery. You will provide specialist coordination and administration for the IDAC programme, while supporting broader service coordination and reporting requirements across Te Paepae Ārahi.
This role includes:
Impaired Driving & Awareness Programme Coordination: Receiving and triaging referrals Booking and coordinating intakes Managing course enrolments and schedules Tracking attendance and completion Client follow-up and communication Managing declines and discharges Liaising with Probation, Corrections and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems
Contract & Reporting Support: Coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting Supporting compliance and funder requirements Maintaining reporting records and documentation Assisting management with reporting processes and monitoring activities
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings both administrative excellence and kaupapa alignment.
You may have experience in:
Health, social services or community administration Justice, corrections or NGO environments Programme coordination or scheduling Client-facing administration and stakeholder liaison CRM or database systems (experience with Recordbase advantageous)
You will ideally bring:
✔ Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi ✔ Strengths in te ao Māori and tikanga ✔ Strong written and verbal communication ✔ High attention to detail ✔ Professional and confidential practice ✔ Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands ✔ Full NZ Driver Licence ✔ Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
