You will work closely with clinicians to manage clinical administration, patient communication, correspondence, recalls and follow-ups, while upholding high standards of confidentiality, cultural safety and professionalism. • Experience in a health, clinical or patient-focused environment (primary care preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach, even under pressure
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism
  • Confidence using patient management systems and Microsoft Office
