About the role

Provide high-quality overnight care that supports residents' safety, comfort, and dignity. You'll work closely with the Registered Nurse and night team to ensure smooth, consistent care across your shift.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver respectful, compassionate personal care
• Support residents with mobility and overnight needs
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and handovers
• Uphold safe practices and Tikanga Maori principles

Skills & experience

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Proven caregiving experience, ideally in aged care
• NZ recognised Caregiver qualification (preferred)
• Confidence working night shifts independently
• Strong understanding of Health & Disability Sector Standards
• Calm, reliable, and professional approach
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
