As a support worker you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assist clients with personal cares, showering and feeding
- Basic household duties and meal preparation
- Medication oversight and prompting
- Behaviour and Conflict Management
Requirements
- Based in Waiheke Island
- Experience in handling high complex clients
- Experience in behaviour and conflict management
- Must be eligible to work in NZ
- Subject to clean police clearance check
- Availability to work a Week Nights (19:00 - 07:00) and Weekend Day and Nights (7:00-19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00).
- Have strong communication and commitment to building good working relationships
- NZ full driver's licence,
